How to apply for an exchange/refund

1. Exchange/refund is available within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item. (Different brands) However, exchange or refund is not possible in the following cases.
• Where goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to reasons responsible to the user (excluding cases where packaging, etc. is damaged to confirm the contents of the goods)
• Missing freebies, product TAG, warranty, product subsidiary materials are removed or lost
• Where the value of goods, etc. has been significantly reduced by the use of users or partial consumption
• Where the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased to the extent that it is difficult to resell them over time
• Where the packaging of reproducible goods, etc. is damaged

2. If the product is different from the advertising or contract details, exchange or refund is possible within three months from the date of receipt of the product (within 30 days from the date of knowing or knowing about it).

3. The refund will be refunded to the same payment method used at the time of payment.
